And that’s no joke – well kinda.
My name is Samantha Montpetit-Huynh and I am the mother of two beautiful girls, owner of 2 dogs (my 2 other children) and happily married for 20 years. I am an online Body Inclusive Health Coach, an author, speaker, course creator and serial entrepreneur and although it may look like I often have it “together”, I’m here to say the grass ALWAYS looks greener on the other side.
When my girls were babies, I started my career working with pregnant women and new moms as I was going through this same period in my life. I was one of the first in Canada to specialize in Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Fast forward 20 years and I now have a teen and a (gulp) adult and my focus has changed to helping women 40+ to navigate the physical, physiological and emotional changes that women go through as they step into the “next stage”.
Whether you are a mom, a caregiver or a friend who is always thinking of others and often feels alone, I hear you. You give give – give – and often feel depleted when it comes to yourself.
As a fitness professional for 2 decades, I have felt the demands of being an entrepreneur, raising my children, being a wife and also showing up as the “fitpro” I thought I should be.
But over the years as I watched my body change, experienced my hormones change and understood that fitness and health was way more than a number on the scale, I was able to accept my body for the truly amazing machine it is.
Loss of muscle, sore, achy joints, chronic pain and leaking are NOT a normal part of aging or being a woman and I will show you how. My goals for my clients as they are with me; to feel confident in your abilities, feel strong and functional in your every day and learn to love that body that has carried you this far.

Each pregnancy took its toll on my body. By the end of my third pregnancy, I didn’t know if I’d ever be fit again. Sam started me on a routine unfamiliar to me, teaching me techniques and skills to not only set me on a path to get my body back, but to be strong, healthy and ‘leak-proof’.
